Customer Order Example  
Here is Customer Order 248 in the TCM system. Your customer service personnel may not have access to TCM. They can use TCM CRM to inquire and even update the orders, depending on your requirements.  
 
   
In this example, order 248 is displayed from the TCM CRM screen. The summary information at this level includes the Date, PO Number and Amount. Orders can be selected by clicking to view them in detail if needed.  
 
   
Here are the details for order #248. These are displayed directly from TCM's latest data!
